By creating an account, purchasing services, or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Accounts & Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity performed through your account.
- You must provide accurate information during registration.
- Sharing accounts may result in service restrictions if abuse or security concerns arise.
2. Acceptable Use Policy
Customers may not use Vertos services for illegal, abusive, or harmful activities.
- Malware distribution or hosting.
- Phishing, fraud, or identity theft.
- DDoS attacks or network abuse.
- Unauthorized scanning of third-party systems.
- Spam, mass unsolicited messaging, or email abuse.
- Hosting illegal content.
- Copyright infringement.
- Cryptocurrency mining without explicit approval.
- Any activity that negatively impacts platform stability.
3. Service Provisioning
Service activation times may vary depending on the product purchased. While most services are provisioned automatically, certain products may require manual review or deployment.
We reserve the right to modify infrastructure, hardware, software, and network configurations when necessary for reliability, maintenance, or security purposes.
4. Billing & Renewals
- Services must be paid for in advance unless otherwise agreed.
- Failure to pay invoices may result in suspension or termination of services.
- Customers are responsible for maintaining valid payment methods where recurring billing is enabled.
- Refunds are governed separately by our Refund Policy.
5. Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable services and maintain high uptime. However, no hosting provider can guarantee uninterrupted service availability.
Scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, upstream provider outages, software bugs, security incidents, and force majeure events may occasionally affect service availability.
6. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate services immediately if:
- You violate these Terms.
- You engage in prohibited activities.
- Required payments remain unpaid.
- We receive valid legal or regulatory requests.
- Your service poses a security risk to our platform.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vertos shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
Customers are responsible for maintaining backups of their own data. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from software failures, user actions, hardware failures, or third- party incidents.
8. Changes To These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
